Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once opened or used. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you have any questions prior to checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hauseapothecary@gmail.com
Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can assess and make it right. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Hause Apothecary is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received; however, we’ll gladly help you open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as our products are made and packaged by hand in limited runs to ensure quality and freshness.
