Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
All products are handcrafted in small batches and packed with care. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During seasonal launches or restocks, processing times may extend slightly due to order volume.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping information is correct prior to checkout.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Hause Apothecary is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your order appears lost or misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We’ll gladly provide any details they request.
LOCAL ORDERS
If you’re located in the Tampa Bay are, you may occasionally see options for local pickup or market pickup during checkout when available. Details will be provided via email if selected.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re delighted to now offer international shipping to the following destinations:
Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Singapore
If your country isn’t listed, please reach out via our contact form and we’ll be happy to explore future availability.
All international orders are shipped securely through UPS Worldwide Saver® or USPS International Services, depending on the best available rate and destination. Delivery times vary based on customs processing or local postal delays.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAX
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, determined by your country’s customs authority.
These costs are not included in your checkout total.
Customers are responsible for paying any fees upon delivery.
We cannot mark shipments as “gifts” or alter customs values.
PACKAGING & MATERIALS
All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Our packaging uses recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible, including kraft tubes, tissue wrap, and paper fill; with limited use of plastic except for certain products (such as safety seals, PET jars, or shrink-wrap bands used for sanitary purposes).
RESTRICTIONS
Due to shipping regulations, we currently cannot ship:
Aerosol or alcohol-based products (such as room sprays or diffusers).
Orders exceeding 4 lbs (1.8 kg) to some countries, as restricted by USPS.
If an item in your order cannot ship internationally, we’ll contact you prior to fulfillment.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
All international orders are automatically insured up to $100. If your order exceeds this amount, additional insurance may be purchased on our end to ensure full coverage during transit.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please email us at hauseapothecary@gmail.com so we can open an inquiry or file an insurance claim.
